FAQ
Q1: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for acetate frames?
Our MOQ is designed to be flexible to support both emerging private label brands and established wholesalers. Typically, it starts at 300 pieces per order, which can be broken down into 100 pieces per color across up to 3 different colorways. For new partners, we are always open to discussing specific project needs.
Q2: Do you offer OEM/ODM and Private Label services for eyewear?
Yes, this is our specialty. Founded in 1996, we operate 4 production lines covering acetate, metal, injection (PC/TR90) frames and an in-house lens workshop, with over 1,000 employees and 45,000㎡ of factory area. We provide OEM services from your designs or technical drawings, and ODM services based on our existing open-mold styles. Our Private Label service covers logo application on frames and demo lenses, plus custom packaging.
Q3: How do you control the quality of a bulk eyewear order?
We implement a rigorous, multi-stage QC process: 1) Raw Material Inspection of acetate blocks, 2) In-Process Checks at key stages such as CNC carving and hinge insertion, and 3) 100% Final Inspection of every frame for finish, alignment, and dimensions before packing. Our in-house laboratory tests materials and finished products against international standards, and third-party inspections arranged by clients are always welcome.
Q4: What is the average production lead time for a wholesale order?
The average production lead time is 75 to 90 days, starting from your approval of the pre-production sample and receipt of the deposit. With 3 frame factories and 1 lens factory — including our Thailand facility launched in 2024 — we have the capacity to keep large-volume orders on schedule. Ready-stock styles can be shipped within 7–10 days.
Q5: How can I verify the material is genuine cellulose acetate and not common plastic?
Genuine cellulose acetate has distinct characteristics that we guarantee. Unlike injected plastics, our acetate frames are carved from large, layered blocks, giving them superior weight, a warmer touch, and a deep, rich color lustre that will not fade. Acetate is also heat-adjustable by opticians — a key feature not possible with most common plastics.
Q6: What certifications do your products have for export to Europe and the USA?
Our products fully comply with CE requirements for Europe and FDA regulations for the United States. Our factories hold ISO 9001, BSCI, SEDEX, GRS and HIGG certifications, and we currently serve customers in over 50 countries and regions with more than 50 brand partners.
Q7: What is your policy on providing samples before a bulk order?
For styles from our existing collection, we provide ready-stock samples for a small fee, usually deductible from a future bulk order. For OEM/ODM projects, we create pre-production samples for your approval after the design is finalized and a sample deposit is made — ensuring you are 100% satisfied before mass production begins.
Q8: How do you handle international shipping and logistics?
With decades of export experience serving over 50 countries, we support flexible incoterms to match different cooperation models: FOB (most commonly used — bulk orders shipped by sea or air freight), EXW (Ex Works — typical for samples and long-term partners), and DAP (Delivered at Place — popular with independent-site sellers and small-to-medium B2B buyers). Our dedicated shipping team partners with reliable freight forwarders to ensure competitive rates and smooth customs clearance.
