Founded in 1996, we operate 4 production lines covering acetate, metal, and injection (PC/TR90) frames, plus an in-house lens workshop — with over 1,000 employees and 45,000㎡ of factory area. We provide OEM production from your designs or technical drawings, ODM customization based on our existing open-mold styles, and private label services including logo application on frames and demo lenses, plus custom packaging.

We implement a rigorous multi-stage QC process: raw material inspection, in-process checks at key stages such as CNC carving and hinge insertion, and 100% final inspection of every frame for finish, alignment, and dimensions before packing. Our in-house laboratory tests materials and finished products against international standards, and third-party inspections arranged by clients are always welcome.

The average production lead time is 75 to 90 days, starting from your approval of the pre-production sample and receipt of the deposit. With 3 frame factories and 1 lens factory — including our Thailand facility launched in 2024 — we have the capacity to keep large-volume orders on schedule. Ready-stock styles can be shipped within 7–10 days.

Unlike injected plastics, our acetate frames are carved from large, layered blocks, giving them superior weight, a warmer touch, and a deep, rich color lustre that will not fade. Acetate is also heat-adjustable by opticians — a key feature not possible with most common plastics.
